TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As we work together, here’s what you can expect from each Program resource:

• Accountability 
  • During every Lead-Gen Challenge round, check in each week with the Lead-Gen Challenge Coaching Team to stay focused on the results that matter.
  • Connect with your personal accountability partner to keep you motivated and responsible for the actions that produce success. 

• Lead-Gen Challenge Weekly Training (During Lead-Gen Challenge)
  • In Week 1, we focus on quick visibility, high engagement, and building initial traction. At the end of this week, you have your content and lead generating posts planned and launched for the month. 
  • Week 2 focuses on opt-ins, opportunities, and momentum. At the end of this week, you have your new lead magnet created and sent to your first opt-ins.
  • During Week 3, the focus is on conversations, growth, and confidence. At the end of this week, you have your follow sequence planned and started.
  • As we finish strong in Week 4, we focus on handling the g-force, leveling up, and stabilizing. At the end of this week, you have your reflection and mindset stabilized and ready for the next phase of growth.

Cierra and Nate are committed to helping you nitro-boost your organic lead generation. They have provided focused and dynamic training videos and resources that will reduce the time spent on organic lead-gen, increase your conversion rates, and increase your amount of highly qualified leads month after month. 

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you promise to dedicate sufficient time and effort to the Lead-Gen Challenge, watch all of the training modules, complete all steps and documents in the Program, add value and participate in the Mastermind Community, follow the Lead-Gen Challenge process consistently, and implement the presented strategies as quickly as possible, so you can see the fastest results.  

Every client who has followed the Program has received massive value and realized incredible, quantifiable results. Cierra and Nate are confident you will be one of these motivated, teachable clients as well. So, when you do see amazing results, Cierra and Nate would greatly appreciate a case study and testimonial detailing the new successes you've achieved as a result of this Program!

Section 1. Program Guidelines, Payment Terms

Company: Cierra Lueck Consulting, LLC (“Cierra Lueck”)

Program: Leader Forge Lead-Gen Membership (“Program”)

Program Access Term: You will receive access to all Program Content as specified in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions, for a recurring monthly term of 30 days. 

Payment Terms: Monthly membership subscription fee is locked in at the rate specified for the first payment, and will not increase for the continual ongoing participation in the Program. First payment has been paid in full on the date that client enrolled in the Program. Every subsequent payment will be auto-charged on a recurring monthly basis. Program access may be suspended in the event that any membership charge goes unpaid for more than 15 calendar days after the Program participant's recurring billing date. If any membership charge goes unpaid for more than 30 calendar days after the Program participant's recurring billing date, the Program participant will be removed from the Program and forfeit the monthly membership rate they started with. If a Program participant desires to rejoin the Program, their monthly membership rate will be locked in at the current rate, not at the previous rate from when they originally joined the Program. Once the Program has begun, no payments will be refunded at any time. 

Preferred Access to Future Rounds of the Lead-Gen Challenge: Program participants receive preferred member access to all future rounds (iterations) of the Leader Forge Lead-Gen Challenge at their current monthly membership rate with no extra fees included. 

Section 2. Participation Terms

Cierra Lueck is committed to providing all Program participants with a positive experience. Thus, Cierra Lueck may, at her sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of her programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments due if you: 1) Become disruptive or difficult to work with; or 2) Fail to follow the Program guidelines.

Section 3. Confidential Information

Cierra Lueck respects your privacy and asks that you respect hers. She respects your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, "Confidential Information") and must insist that you respect the same rights of her and the Program.

- Week 4 Training: handling the g-force, leveling up, and stabilizing

- Weekly Playbook of Training Material to Accompany the Training Videos
- Weekly Action Item Checklist

Mastermind Community
- Access to private Mastermind Facebook Group

Preferred Member Access to Future Rounds / Iterations of  Lead-Gen Challenge
- Access to upcoming Lead-Gen Challenge rounds / iterations at no additional cost

All materials, procedures, policies, standards, manuals, teaching aids, and other similar tools that have been, or will be, made available by Cierra Lueck, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with this training Program only.

Program content is for individual use only, and may not be sold, tape recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Cierra Lueck.

The information contained in Program material is strictly for educational purposes.

Success with this Program is largely driven by your willingness to take actions as recommended by Cierra Lueck, as it relates to the content of the Program.

If you wish to apply (or not apply) ideas, concepts, teachings, etc. contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions and furthermore you agree that your success with the Program is dependent on your willingness to follow the steps outlined by Cierra Lueck.

Cierra Lueck assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Program materials.

Section 5. Right to Use Name & Likeness

You hereby consent to the use of your name, photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial and biographical material, in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium, including but not limited to television, radio, print media and the internet, among others, for any purpose, including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training and research.

Your consent is granted to Cierra Lueck and extends to such use without restriction or limitation as to time or geographic boundary.

You hereby waive all rights you may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any of such materials, regardless of the purpose of such use or publication, and regardless of whether a fee is charged or collected by Cierra Lueck for any product and/or service in connection with such use and publication.

You also waive any right to inspect, review or approve any photograph, recording, or other written material at any time, and waive the right to approve the use and medium of publication determined by Cierra Lueck.

You understand that Cierra Lueck owns all rights in and to any such photograph, recording or testimonial, including any copyright and/or trademark relating to such use.
